Bruschetta Chicken Bake
Stove Top Stuffing Mix

A different recipe for chicken - really, very good!



Servings: 6 (1 cup) portions
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Start to Finish Time: 40 minutes

1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1/2 cup water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
Spray 3-qt. casserole with cooking spray.
Mix tomatoes, stuffing mix, water and garlic, until stuffing mix is just moistened.
Layer the chicken, basil, and cheese in the prepared casserole dish.
Top with stuffing mixture.
Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done.

Serving Ideas: Serve with garlic bread.
